One to One Coaching (3 dedicated hours)
I have been developing software for more than 2 decades. I have found Agile/Scrum/XP to be very useful in building stable and successful products.
I think that challenge is to understand the key roadblocks for each team / project. Then devise a plan based on very small steps to get the team out of their current challenges.
This takes a deep understanding of the tools offered by Agile.
In the training and coaching sessions, we will try to find those baby steps that are perfect for the team to get going.
